We begin with a whole house evaluation, inventory all of the mechanical equipment and develop a preventive maintenance program to address the specific needs of your home. We then schedule quarterly visits to ensure all maintenance is kept current. Examples of the services performed during our quarterly visits are: heating/air conditioning maintenance and filter changes, smoke detector maintenance, air quality testing, chimney inspections, gutter cleaning & inspection, roof inspection, water heater service, sump pump service, refrigerator maintenance, appliance inspections, electrical outlet testing and weather stripping inspections… just to name a few.

If we notice any deficiencies that require repair, we will bring them to your attention, recommend the appropriate level of urgency for the repair, and provide a quote. We perform most repair work in-house but larger project work which requires specialty contractors will be closely managed by our staff. You only need to deal with us; we’ll take care of all the contractors to ensure you get the quality that you deserve. We document the whole process including the initial evaluation, each repair, and each subsequent visit and we keep detailed records of all work performed in your home. A permanent home maintenance portfolio is prepared for each client.

To round-out the single-source service for our clients, we perform “wish list” repairs, improvements and tasks. These could be simple handyman-style tasks like hanging pictures or assembling furniture or as complex as finishing your basement or adding a new wing to your home.
