About Us

The Home Maintenance Group serves the Greater Delaware Valley as an integrity-based home maintenance company providing the convenience of single-source service for all of your home maintenance needs. We specialize in scheduled preventive maintenance in order to catch problems as they develop while they are small and inexpensive to correct. This unique and proactive approach results in you having the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your home is being professionally maintained…and you only have to deal with one trusted company.

We develop a custom maintenance plan for each home and we contract (on the homeowners’ behalf) with only quality contractors to take care of specialty systems which are outside of our expertise. Then, we schedule these contractors during our preventive visits in order to minimize the inconvenience to you. Attention is paid to every detail of your home so that you can spend your time focusing on what's important to you.

The owner is a professional engineer with 10 years of preventive maintenance experience in commercial facilities management in addition to 18 years of construction and maintenance experience in both the residential and commercial markets. He has 15 years of military experience with the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps (Seabees.) Having served in Iraq, he has been recognized for superior leadership and performance of the assessment, evaluation, repair and reconstruction of the infrastructure of the city of Fallujah. Our clients benefit from this experience as well as the cumulative resources and experience of our entire team.
